On Studio only, your Studio is usually ready within 1 business day. With a website, we design the site first and your Studio opens the day it goes live. Pick the step you're on, and move up any month.
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Every plan except Creator and the one-page site includes email to your customers (up to 5,000 a month). Connected social accounts: 4 on Studio only, Posts, done for you and Website, you run it, 6 on Website, looked after, 8 on Done for you, 10 on Done for you + Ads. Extra accounts are $8 AUD a month each ($80 a year on a yearly Studio or Creator plan), added or removed in the Studio any time once your free trial has ended. Studio only includes up to 100 AI caption drafts and 10 server-made videos a month; videos made in your browser are not counted. On Studio only and Posts, done for you, the Posting plan writes up to 20 posts a month (up to 4 of them reels) and up to 12 stories; any you leave out still count.

An AI design engine drafts every page and a person runs it: each page is checked and refined by a person before you see it. You look at it on a private page, ask for changes, and nothing goes live until you approve it. The starting price covers up to 5 pages and 2 rounds of changes. More pages or more rounds are quoted before any work starts. Hosting is part of your monthly plan, so there is no separate hosting bill.

No logo yet, or ready for a new one? An AI design engine draws the options and a person checks them; you choose. You get 6 logo options, up to 2 rounds of "more like this", your final logo as a vector file, the icon set for browser tabs, and your logo on your Studio and on any site we build you. Tick it when you sign up, on any plan except the one-page site.
Creators: the Creator plan, $29 a month, has its own page.

Questions
Do I need an agency?
Not to start. Most of the basics are things you can run yourself with the right tools. If you'd rather not, we do it for you on a monthly plan.
Should I run ads?
Once the basics are working. Ads send people to your listings and your website, so those need to be right first.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any month. A yearly Studio is paid up front.
Do you promise more customers?
No. Nobody honest can promise rankings or sales. We promise what we do each month, and you can see it.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Any small business that wants a proper website, content that actually keeps getting posted, and to stop losing enquiries after hours. Cafés and restaurants, salons, cleaners, trades, clinics, retailers, accountants and bookkeepers. The founder's own background is hospitality and cleaning, but the product itself isn't industry-specific.
Do I need my own hosting account?
Not for a website we build. Your domain stays registered in your own name, at your own registrar, always. That never sits under our account. Hosting is different: for a website we build, we run it as part of your monthly plan, with no separate bill, the same way we host our own businesses. If you keep the website you already have (Studio only, Posts, done for you, or Done for you on your own site), it stays with whoever hosts it now, and that bill is still yours. If you ever leave, you keep your domain and a copy of your site: its pages, styles, images and script. The enquiry forms, the assistant, the shop and the client area are software we run, so they stop.
Do I have to post the content myself?
Not on Posts, done for you or Done for you. Both work with the website you already have. Tell us what's happening in the business and we publish it from your Studio. Prefer to do it yourself? You still don't have to write it. Switch on the Posting plan and AI writes each month's posts. You read them, change what you like and schedule them. Nothing goes out until you do.
What if the Posting plan writes something wrong about my business?
The posts are written by AI. It's told to use only a list you save first: your prices, services, areas and hours, plus anything never to say. Each draft is then checked against that list, and anything that doesn't match is marked on the post. It can still get something wrong, so read each one. Nothing is scheduled or posted until you do it.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Keep your site and add the Studio for $49 a month (or $490 a year), working alongside it. It is free for 14 days, with no card needed to start: we check your Studio before we open it to you (usually within 1 business day), and your 14 free days start the day it opens. We email you the date of your first charge. The assistant comes with a website we build. A full new site is there when you want one.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
It answers from what you've given us, and it's tested against real questions before it goes live. It's built to hand anything safety-related to a person. It can still get something wrong, so if you spot a bad answer, tell us and we'll fix the information behind it. You also see what it's been asked every month.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel yourself any time: sign in, open Billing and choose cancel, or email us and we'll do it. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. On the Studio trial, cancel before your free days end and you pay nothing. A yearly Studio stops renewing at the end of its year and isn't refunded part way for a change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. You keep your domain and a copy of your site. Nothing's held hostage: your domain and any connected accounts are always in your name, never ours.
How do I get help, and when?
Support is by email at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time. If your site is down, put URGENT in the subject line on any day and it is looked at as soon as it is seen.
